What should I expect to do at trash cleanup events?

Cleanups typically run for two hours from 10 AM - 12 PM, once a month on Saturdays. The location will vary by month, and you can subscribe to our volunteer list to stay up to date with each event! We typically start with breakfast and introductions before heading out for an hour and a half of street cleaning.

I should bring to events?

No, all necessary supplies are provided (grabbers, gloves, hand sanitizer, etc.). Closed toe-ed shoes and casual clothing are recommended. Dress for the weather.

Is there a way to get more involved than attending events?

Are you a 501(c)(3) non-profit?

We are currently not a 501(c)(3) but we are fiscally sponsored by GroundSwell Northwest. Groundswell can accept donations to Seattle Clean Street Collective to and verify they are eligible for tax deductions.
